Walgreens Ad 11/23: Best Thanksgiving Freebies, Deals, & Sales

Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the Walgreens ad for November 23 - 26, 2014.  This is a short ad -- just four days long -- because the Thanksgiving and Black Friday deals are posted separately.

While most of the freebie offers will be available beginning Thursday, November 27, we still have quite a few free or super-cheap deals to enjoy earlier in the week!

Freebies in the 11/23 Walgreens ad

• Children's Neilmed Nasabulb for Children (2-Piece) -- on sale for $4, with $4 back in Register Rewards.
• Healthy Delights Chews or Bites -- 30-count packs on sale for $7, with $7 back in Register Rewards.
• MG217 Therapeutic Scalp Treatment -- on sale for $6 per box, with $6 back in Register Rewards.
• Mucinex Fast-Max Powder -- on sale for $6.99 per box.  According to the ad, we should see a Try Me Free rebate in the 11/23 coupon inserts!
• Reach Toothbrushes -- 2-count packs on sale for $3, with $3 back in Register Rewards.  So free!  NOTE: This deal appears to end on November 26, unlike most of the other freebies which carry over into Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
• Relief OTC Antacid -- on sale for $3 per bottle, with $3 back in Register Rewards.
• Scope Classic or Outlast Mouthwash -- on sale for $3, with $2 back in Register Rewards.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 10/26 P&G insert.  You'll pay $2 out of pocket, then receive your $2 back in Extra Bucks.  So free!  NOTE: This deal appears to end on November 26, unlike most of the other freebies which carry over into Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
• Urgent RX To Go -- on sale for $1 per pack, with $1 back in Register Rewards.  Use the BOGO coupon from the 10/26 Smartsource.  You'll pay $1 for two packs, then receive your $1 in Register Rewards.  So both will be free! 
• Vivioptal Multi-Purpose Supplements -- on sale for $10 per box, with $10 back in Register Rewards.
• Zim's Max-Freeze -- on sale for $7, with $5 back in Register Rewards.  Use this $2 off coupon to get yours for free.

Best deals in the 11/23 Walgreens ad

• Holiday Gift Sacks -- on sale 5 for $1 with in-ad coupon.  So that works out to just 20 cents apiece!
• Welch's Sparkling Juice Cocktail -- on sale 2 bottles for $6.  Stack this $1 off 2 coupon with the $1 off 2 Walgreens coupon.  Your price drops to $4 for both, or $2 bucks each.
• Tide Simply Clean & Fresh -- 25-load bottle on sale for $2.99, no coupons necessary!
• Children's Toys -- on BOGO sale 2 for $6.99.  So that's like $3.50 per item!
• Power Ranger Action Figures -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
• Royal Dansk Cookies -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
• Vanity Fair or Dixie Serveware or Napkins -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
• Living Solutions Fleece Throws or Travel Pillows -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
