Check your Walgreens mobile app for a POSSIBLE bonus offer, good for 5000 Balance Rewards points on any purchase of $5 or more!
I received this offer, and it's good limit one use per app through June 30, 2019.
There's obviously a ton of different ways to utilize such a high-value coupon, but here's the scenario I recommend for anyone who's willing to shop TOMORROW, June 2:
- Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios -- on sale for $1.88 per box.
- Purex Liquid Laundry Detergent -- priced at $1.98 per bottle.
- Crest Toothpaste -- assorted varieties priced at $2.99 each, with $4 back in Register Rewards when you buy two boxes in the same transaction.
- Buy two of each item for a pre-coupon price of $13.70.
- Use the $1 off 2 Cheerios coupon from the 6/2 Smartsource insert, the $1 off 2 Purex coupon from the 5/5 RetailMeNot (expires 6/2), and two $1 off Crest coupons from the 5/26 P&G inserts.
- Pay $9.70 out of pocket for all six items, then receive $4 in Register Rewards AND your 5000 Balance Rewards bonus points (like $5 in buying power!)
- So that's like 70 cents for all six items.
- Finally, submit for this $1 off 2 SavingStar rebate good on the Cheerios.
- That's like getting all six items for FREE, plus 30 cents in profit on your purchase!
NOTE: New Fetch Rewards users will also receive an additional 2000 points (like a $2 reward!) when they use my referral code D5UAY and then scan their first receipt for ANY purchase.
