From November 4 - 12, 2018, active-duty service members, along with vets & retirees, National Guard members, Reservists, and military dependents with ID can receive a 10% discount at either Target or Target.com!
The 10% off coupon can't be combined with other category coupons, which means it can't be stacked with percentage discounts on the Cartwheel app.
But it does look like it can be used with manufacturer coupons for additional savings!
