Walgreens Ad 10/26: Best Sales & Deals

Here are my picks for the best deals in the Walgreens ad for October 26 - November 1, 2014.

Best deals in the 10/26 Walgreens ad

  • Colgate Total or Optic White Toothpaste -- click here to see how you can get toothpaste for free, plus make up to a buck profit on the deal!
  • Brach's Autumn Candy -- on sale for 89 cents per bag.  Submit for the $1 Snap by Groupon rebate, and get yours for free, plus 11 cents profit on your purchase.
  • Van Camp's Pork & Beans -- on sale 3 for $1 with in-ad coupon, which works out to 34 cents per can.
  • Russell Stover Halloween Candy -- on sale for 39 cents per individual piece.
  • Rice Krispies Treats -- 8-count boxes on sale for $1.99 each.  If you have enough points, you can print this $1.50 off coupon from the Kellogg's Family Rewards program, and get yours for just 49 cents!
  • Sunny Smile Paper Towels -- on sale 2 for $1, which works out to 50 cents per roll.
  • Nice! Sparkling Water -- on sale 2 for $1 with in-ad coupon.  So 50 cents per bottle.
  • Totino's Party Pizza -- on sale 4 for $5.  So buy four and use this $1.10 off 4 coupon.  You'll pay $3.90 out of pocket.  Next, submit for the $1 off 4 SavingStar rebate.  Your final price falls to $2.90 for all four boxes, or just 73 cents per box!
  • Swanson's Chicken Broth -- on sale for 79 cents each with in-ad coupon.
  • Hershey's Snack Size Candy -- 9.12 oz to 11.6 oz bags on sale for $2.49 each.  Buy two bags for a pre-coupon price of $4.98, then stack the 50 cents off Walgreens coupon from the October coupon book (will take $1 off) with this $1.10 off 2 coupon (sort by Food to find it fast.)  You'll pay $2.88 for both bags out of pocket, and then you can submit for the $1 Snap by Groupon rebate.  Your final price drops to $1.88 for both, or 94 cents per bag!
  • Mars Snack Size Candy -- 9.12 oz to 11.6 oz bags on sale for $2.49 each.  Buy two bags for a pre-coupon price of $4.98, then stack the 50 cents off Walgreens coupon from the October coupon book (will take $1 off) with this $1 off 2 coupon (sort by Food to find it fast.)  You'll pay $2.98 for both bags out of pocket, and then you can submit for the $1 Snap by Groupon rebate.  That knocks your price down to $1.98 for two bags, or 99 cents each!
  • Halloween Glow Sticks -- on sale for 99 cents each.
  • Wet N Wild Fantasy Makers Halloween Makeup -- prices start as low as $1.99.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 10/19 Smartsource insert.  Your price drops as low as 99 cents!
  • Capri Sun -- 10-count boxes on sale 2 for $4, with 2000 points back when you buy two in the same transactions (like $2 in buying power.)  So your final price is basically a buck per box!
  • Ocean Spray Juice -- assorted sizes on sale for $2.99 per bottle.  Use the $1 off coupon from the Walgreens coupon book, and pay $1.99 instead.
  • Tide Detergent -- 24 to 32-load bottles on sale for $5.99 per bottle, with 5000 Balance Reward points back (like $5 in buying power) when you spend $20 or more in the same transaction.  So buy four bottles for a pre-coupon price of $23.96, then use four $2 off coupons from the 9/28 P&G insert.  You'll pay $15.96 out of pocket, then you'll receive your 5000 Reward points to use for next time.  So that's a final price of $10.96 for all four bottles, or $2.74 each!
  • Huggies Diapers -- on sale for $10 per jumbo pack, with $10 back in Register Rewards when you spend $30 or more in a single transaction.  So buy three jumbo packs for $30, then use three $3 off coupons from the 10/19 Smartsource inserts.  You'll pay $21 out of pocket for all 3 packs, and then you'll receive $10 in Register Rewards.  So that's $11 for all 3, or a final price of $3.67 per pack!
  • Children's Toys -- on sale buy 2 for $6.99 each, get 1 for free.  So that's basically 3 toys for $13.98, or $4.66 each.  It looks like we'll have some Disney Princess toys in this sale too!
  • It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown or A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving -- on sale for $9.99 per DVD.
  • Kleenex -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
  • Living Solutions Fleece Throws or Travel Pillows -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
  • Revlon or Goody Hair Brushes, Combs, or Accessories -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
  • All Adult or Children's Halloween Costumes -- on sale for $5 off with in-ad coupon, no prices listed in ad.
