Walgreens Ad 6/22: Best Sales & Deals

Here are my picks for the best deals in the Walgreens ad for June 22 - 28, 2014.

Best deals in the 6/22 Walgreens ad

  • Accu-Check Nano Blood Glucose Monitor -- on sale for $14.99, with 3000 Balance Reward points back for a future transaction (like $3 in buying power.)  Submit for the $14.99 mail-in rebate inside the box.  Your monitor will be free after rebate, plus you'll still have your 3000 Balance Reward points.  So that's like a $3 money-maker!
  • Naked Juice -- assorted varieties on sale 2 for $5.  Use two of this $1 off coupon, then submit for the two $1 Ibotta rebates and the $1 Shopmium rebate.  Both will be free!
  • Ban Total Refresh Cooling Body Cloths -- on sale 2 for $5, with 1000 Balance Rewards points back when you buy two in the same transaction.  Use two $2 off coupons from the 6/1 Smartsource insert and pay $1 out of pocket, then receive your 1000 Balance Reward points.  So both will be free!
  • Hunt's Tomato Sauce -- on sale 3 cans for $1 with in-ad coupon.
  • 7UP & A&W 2-Liters -- on sale for 88 cents each with in-ad coupon.  If your store carries either 7UP TEN or A&W TEN, buy two and stack this $1 off 2 coupon (sort by Beverages to find it fast.)  That knocks your price down to 38 cents each!
  • Van Camp's Pork & Beans or Butterball Chicken Broth -- on sale 2 cans for $1 with in-ad coupon.
  • Jell-O Instant Pudding or Gelatin -- on sale 2 boxes for $1 with in-ad coupon.  So that's 50 cents apiece.
  • Speed Stick Gear Antiperspirant/Deodorant -- on sale 2 for $8, with 2000 Balance Rewards when you buy two in the same transaction.  Use two $2 off coupons from the 6/15 Smartsource insert.  You'll pay $2 for both after Balance Rewards, or a dollar each.
  • Clear Scalp & Hair Product -- priced at $4.99 per bottle, with 2000 Balance Reward points when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two for $9.98, then use two $2.50 off coupons from the 6/22 Red Plum insert.  You'll pay $4.98 out of pocket for both, then you'll still have the 2000 Balance Rewards points (like $2 in buying power.)  So that's $2.98 for both, or $1.49 per bottle.
  • Domino Granulated Sugar -- 4lb bags on sale for $1.99 each with in-ad coupon.  Stack with the 40 cents off coupon from the 4/6 Red Plum insert, and drop your price down to $1.59 instead.
  • Jif Peanut Butter -- on sale 2 jars for $4.  Submit for the $1 Shopmium rebate, and your new price drops to $1.50 apiece.
  • Playtex -- on sale for $6.99 per box, with 2000 Balance Rewards points back towards a future transaction.  Use the $3 off coupon from the 5/18 Smartsource insert, and drop your final price down to just $1.99.
  • Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Lunch Meat -- on sale 2 for $5, with 1000 Balance Rewards back towards a future transaction.  So that's like spending $2 per pack.
  • Starbucks Iced Coffee Frappuccinos -- 4-packs on sale for $4.99 each.  On Sunday, June 22 ONLY, buy two for a pre-coupon price of $9.98.  Use the $1 off coupon from the Walgreens coupon book (will take $2 off) and pay $7.98 out of pocket, then submit for the $3 off 2 Starbucks rebate.  Your price drops to $4.98 for both packs, or $2.49 each!
  • Coppertone Suncare -- on sale 2 for $19, with $6 back in Register Rewards back when you buy two in the same transaction.  Use the $4 off 2 coupon from the 5/18 Smartsource insert (expires 6/22!) and your final price drops to $4.50 each.
  • Softsoap or Irish Spring Body Wash -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
  • Arm & Hammer Laundry Detergent -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use the $3 off 2 coupon from the 6/8 Smartsource insert to drop your price even further.
