Like so many other chains this year, Dollar General is kicking off their sale on Thanksgiving Day, when most stores will be open 7am to 7pm. Some items in the sale ad, in fact, will only be available on Thursday.
Don't forget that all the prices in the Dollar General Holiday Toy Book are still in effect as well.
Here are my picks for the best deals in the ad scan:
- Energizer Batteries -- 4-packs of AA or AAA batteries on sale for $2 each. Buy two and use two 50 cents off coupons from the 10/27 Smartsource insert. - Armor All Gift Sets -- on BOGO sale 2 for $10, normally $10 each. Buy four and submit for this $5 off $20 rebate. Your final price drops to $3.75 each!
- Axe Holiday Gift Sets -- on sale for $8 each. Use the $2 off coupon from the 11/3 Red Plum insert and pay $6 for yours.
- Wet N Wild Nail Dryer & Polish Set -- on sale for $8 each.
