First things first: Office Depot is doing a very weird sales start this year. They, along with many other stores, will be open on Thanksgiving -- but Office Depot will only be open from 8pm until 11pm. Then store doors reopen at 8am on Black Friday morning, and 9am on Saturday, November 30.
I feel like we will need a calendar to keep all those start times straight!
Here are the best picks I spotted in the Office Depot Black Friday ad scan for 2013:
- Energizer Max Alkaline AA or AAA Batteries -- on sale for $2 per package, plus watch for specially marked packs that have a $4 rebate available. So better than free!
- Apple iTunes Gift Cards -- all 15% off list price.
- Entire Stock of K-Cups -- on sale for 10% off, plus a free $5 Office Depot gift card back when you buy two boxes in the same transaction. Sale prices start as low as $8.99 per box, so that's really $6.49 per box after gift card. Also, keep in mind that Office Depot accepts manufacturer coupons, so if you have two of the $1.75 off K-Cup coupons from the 11/3 Smartsource coupon insert, you can get yours as low as $4.74 after coupons and gift card!
- 10-Ream Case Paper -- on sale for $34.99, plus Office Depot Rewards members can score $30 back in Rewards. So that's just $4.99, or 49 cents per pack!
- Brother P-Touch Label Maker (PT-D200) -- on sale for $9.99, down from $39.99.
- Canon Pixma Wireless Photo All-in-One Printer -- on sale for $29.99, down from $79.99.
- Mid-Back Fabric Chair -- on sale for $39.99, down from $99.99.
