Target Ad 9/15: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best sales and coupon deals I spotted in the Target ad for September 15 - 21, 2013.

Before you prep your shopping list, make sure you read the changes to the Target coupon policy, so you won't have any nasty surprises at checkout.

Best deals in the September 15 Target ad

• Starburst Candy Corn -- on sale for $1 per bag.  Buy two bags and use this $1 off 2 Target coupon.  Your price drops to 50 cents per bag!
• Gerber 2nd Foods -- twin-packs on sale for $1.10 each.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 9/8 Red Plum insert.  Your price drops to 55 cents per twin-pack.
• Fruitwater and/or Vitaminwater -- on sale for 69 cents per bottle.  Use the 10% off Cartwheel by Target offer, and get yours for 62 cents each.
• Special K Cereal -- on sale 3 for $8, plus on a Buy 3 Get 1 Free sale.  So buy four boxes, and use three of this $1 off coupon (sort by Food to find it fast.)  Your price drops to $5 for all four boxes, or just $1.25 per box.
• Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Suede Lipstick -- on sale for $6.99 each.  Stack the $2 off coupon from the 9/8 Smartsource insert with the $2 off Target coupon arriving from the 9/15 Smartsource insert.  Your new price falls to just $2.99.
• Clif Nutrition bars -- 6-count packs on sale for $5.  Use the $1 off coupon from the August 2013 issue of All You and pay $4 for yours.
• Taboo, Twister, and Operation -- priced at $12 each, with a free 16.5 oz tube of Nestle Toll House cookie dough with purchase.  We should see a coupon in the 9/15 Smartsource insert for a free frozen Tombstone pizza with purchase of select board games.  So that's $12 for all three items, or $4 each!
• Tidy Cats Instant Action Litter -- 35 lb jar priced at $11.99, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two and stack the $5 off 2 Target coupon from 9/8 Red Plum insert with two of the $1 off coupons from the 7/28 Red Plum insert.  Your price after coupons and gift card drops to just $5.99 per jug!
• Purina Cat Chow -- 16 lb bag priced at $11.99, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two and stack the $5 off 2 Target coupon from the 9/8 Red Plum with two of the $1 off coupons from the 8/18 Red Plum insert.  Again, your price after coupons and gift card drops to just $5.99 per bag.
• Smith & Hawken Wreath -- priced at $35.99.  Stack the 15% off Cartwheel by Target offer with this $5 off $30 Target coupon.  Your price drops to $26.34 after stack.
• Grand Theft Auto V -- standard edition available Tuesday, September 17 for $59.99.
