Walgreens Ad 8/25: Best Sales & Coupon Deals

Here are my picks for the best deals in the Walgreens ad for August 25 - 31, 2013.

Back to school deals in the 8/25 Walgreens ad


  • Wexford two-pocket folders -- on sale for 14 cents each with in-ad coupon.
  • Paper Mate pens -- 10-count packs on sale for 29 cents each.  Limit 3 per transaction.
  • Wexford plastic protractor or ruler -- on sale for 39 cents each with in-ad coupon.
  • Wexford plastic compass or pencil sharpener -- on sale for 39 cents each with in-ad coupon.
  • Wexford one-subject notebook -- on sale for 49 cents each.
  • Wexford glue sticks -- 3-count packs on sale for 69 cents each with in-ad coupon.
  • Purell hand sanitizer -- 1 oz or 2 oz bottles on sale 4 for $5, with 1000 Balance Reward points back when you spend $5.  So buy four and use the $1 off 3 coupon from the 7/28 Smartsource insert.  Your final price after coupons and Balance Reward points drops to 75 cents per pack.

  3. Anyone else have trouble with the suave deodorant coupons?? My store scanned and it said no right product but clearly was. store wouldn't take.
