Calling all Starbucks lovers -- the summer Starbucks Treat Receipts have returned for July and August 2013!
From July 15 through August 18, 2013, you need to hang on to your morning receipts -- you can bring them back that same day after 2pm and score your choice of any grande cold drink for just $2.
Most grande drinks cost $4 or more, so to me this is like having a month-long 50% off sale at Starbucks!
Plus your baristas really will make you any grande cold drink for this price -- so feel free to try new drinks or add customizations to your favorite cold drink.
And you don't have to buy a full-priced drink in the morning -- ANY purchase (like, say, a newspaper) will trigger a receipt and therefore the discount. Just remember the treat receipts are good for one day only, so if you forget to use it one day, you can't bring it by the next day.
Also, typically the Starbucks Treat Receipt promotion is run only at company-owned stores. That means if you're a regular at a Target or Barnes & Noble cafe, be sure to check with your barista to see if they're participating before you order.
