best coupon deals at CVS
Here are the best freebies and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for June 2 - 8, 2013.

If you're new to shopping at CVS, go here to get started, and be sure to snag a free Extra Care card from your cashier when you head into the store.

Best deals in the June 2 CVS ad

  • Tena pads or liners -- assorted sizes priced at $3.79 per box, with $3 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 4/14 Smartsource, and make a profit of 21 cents on your transaction!  Limit one per Extra Care card.
  • Physicians Formula cosmetics -- Spend $7.49 or more, get $7 back in Extra Bucks.  So depending on what you find in store, your final price could be as low as 49 cents!
  • Smartwater or Vitaminwater -- on sale 5 for $5, with $2 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $5.  So that's like paying $3 for all five bottles, or 60 cents apiece.

  • Oral-B Cross-Action Power toothbrush -- on sale for $5.99, with $2 back in Extra Bucks.  I think this toothbrush is battery-operated -- if it is, use the $3 off coupon in the upcoming 6/2 P&G insert.  Your final price drops to just 99 cents.  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
  • Barilla microwavable meals -- on sale for $2 each.  Use this $1 off coupon and pay a buck for yours.
  • Ivory bar soap -- 3-count packs on sale for $1.50 each.  Use the 50 cents off coupon arriving in the 6/2 P&G insert, and pay a dollar for yours.

  • Irish Spring body wash -- on sale for $2.99 per bottle, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $15 or more.  Buy five bottles for a pre-coupon price of $14.95 (still enough to trigger the Extra Bucks), and use four $1 off coupons from the 5/19 Smartsource insert (the fine print on the coupon only allows for four identical coupons per transaction.)  After coupons and Extra Bucks, your new price drops to just $1.19 each.

  • Bounty paper towels -- 12-count packs priced at $9.99, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $20 in select P&G products.  So buy two for a pre-coupon price of $19.98 (still enough to trigger your $5) and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 5/12 P&G.  After coupon and Extra Bucks, that's like paying $6.99 per 12-pack, or like 58 cents per roll.
  • Febreze -- Spend $15 on assorted products, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but we had a couple Febreze coupons in the 5/12 P&G insert to help lower your price.
  • Sally Hansen cosmetics -- Spend $12 on assorted products, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in the ad, but if you have the $4 off coupons that were in regional inserts of the 5/5 Red Plum (we didn't get it in San Antonio), you could still put together a very nice deal!
  • L'Oreal cosmetics -- Spend $12 or more, get $4 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 4/14 or 5/19 Red Plum insert for an even lower price.
  • Maybelline cosmetics -- Spend $12 or more, get $4 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupons from the 4/14 or 5/12 Red Plum insert to drop your price even further.
