CVS Ad 3/24: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best freebies and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for March 24 - 30, 2013.

Best deals in the March 24 CVS ad scan

  • Lindsay Olives -- 6oz cans priced at $1 each.  Use this $1 off coupon and get yours for free.
  • Bertolli pasta sauce -- on sale 3 jars for $5, but click here to see how you can pay just 44 cents each.  *stockpile price*
  • Thermacare heat wraps -- on sale for $5.99 per box, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you buy two.  Use two of this $3 off coupon (registration required.)  Your new price drops to 49 cents each after everything.  *stockpile price*
  • Halls cough drops -- on sale 2 bags for $3, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use this $1 off 2 coupon, and get yours for 50 cents per bag.  This is the best price we'll probably see until next winter, so stock up!
  • Dole canned pineapple -- 20oz cans priced at $1 each.  Buy two and use the 50 cents off 2 coupon from the 3/17 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to 75 cents each.
  • Degree deodorant -- on sale 2 for $8, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $15 or more on select items.  If Degree Men's is included, buy two of those, along with two bottles of Clear Men Scalp Therapy hair care (also included and on sale for $5 each.)  Your pre-coupon total is $18, which will trigger your $5 back in Extra Bucks.  Then use two of the BOGO Degree/Clear coupons from the 3/10 Red Plum (expires on 3/24) to take $10 off your total.  That means your final price drops to $3 for all four items after coupons and Extra Bucks -- or just 75 cents each.  *stockpile price*
  • Purex laundry detergent -- on sale for $2.88 per bottle, but click here to see how you can score yours for just 88 cents each.  *stockpile price*
  • Brut or Sure deodorant -- on sale for $1.99 each.  Use the $1 off coupon arriving in the 3/24 Smartsource to score yours for 99 cents.
  • Palmer or Russell Stover chocolate Easter bunnies -- on sale for $1 each.
  • Splenda sweetener -- 100-count boxes on sale for $3.  Use the $2 off coupon arriving in the 3/24 Smartsource and get yours for a buck.
  • Hormel Compleats -- on sale for $2 per meal.  Use this $1 off coupon and get yours for a dollar.
  • Velveeta Cheesy Skillets -- on sale for $2 per box.  Use this $1 off coupon and snag yours for a buck.
  • Belvita breakfast biscuits -- on sale for $2.50 per box.  Use this $1 off coupon and pay $1.50 for yours.
  • Easter M&Ms -- on sale 4 bags for $12, with $4 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $2 off 3 coupon from the 3/17 Smartsource, and your final price drops to $1.50 per bag.
  • Eggs -- on sale for $1.59 per dozen.
  • Skippy peanut butter -- on sale for $2.50 per jar, but click here to see how you can knock your price down to $1.67.  *stockpile price*
  • Easter toys and basket stuffers -- prices starting at $1.99 per toy.
  • Tresemme hair care -- 32oz bottles on sale 3 for $10, with a $1 off 3 CVS coupon printing from the Magic Coupon Machine.  Stack that with the $3 off 2 coupon arriving in the 3/24 Red Plum.  Your final price drops to $2 each.
  • Easter plush -- prices starting at $2.99 each.  There are some cute Muppets plush (like Fozzie Bear dressed up as a bunny) featured in the ad!
  • Pond's facial towelettes -- on sale for $5.99, with $2 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon arriving in the 3/24 Smartsource insert.  Your final price drops to $2.99 each.
  • Pull-Ups training pants -- on sale for $10 per jumbo pack, with $10 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $30 or more.  Use three of this $2 off coupon, and your final price drops to $4.67 apiece after coupons and Extra Bucks.  *stockpile price*
  • Lincoln on DVD -- available Tuesday, March 26 for $19.99, with $5 back in Extra Bucks.  So your final price is $14.99.
  • Sally Hansen products -- Spend $10 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
  • Hallmark purchases -- Spend $10 or more, get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  Some stores carry American Greetings cards, and I'm not sure yet if this deal will carry over to that brand or not.  Check your ads on Sunday to see!
  • Physicians Formula cosmetics -- Spend $14 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 3/10 Smartsource (I think this was a regional coupon; I didn't have it in my inserts) to save even more.
  • Air Wick products -- Spend $20 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  It looks like we will have some Air Wick coupons in the 3/24 Smartsource to stack back to this deal.
  • Nexxus hair care -- Spend $20 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
  • Dermasilk -- Buy any item and get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $5 off coupon arriving in the 3/24 Red Plum for an even better deal.

  1. I just tried getting a Lindsay coupon yesterday, but it's only a link to sign up for offers. According to comments on their FB page they should be releasing one in the near future. Also, the Thermacare is only $1 for me.
