Target Ad 2/10: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the Target ad for February 10 - 16, 2012.

Before you prep your shopping list, make sure you read the changes to the Target coupon policy, so you won't have any nasty surprises at checkout.

Best deals in the Target 2/10 ad scan

• Little Debbie Valentine’s Snack Cakes -- on sale for $1.50 per box.  Use the 75 cents off coupon from the 2/3 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to just 75 cents each.
• Kraft Macaroni & Cheese -- 12.6 oz Homestyle on sale for $1.94 each.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 2/10 Smartsource insert.  Your new price falls to $1.44 each.
• MiO Water Enhancer -- priced at $3.49 each.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 1/27 Smartsource insert, then submit for the 75 cents off Ibotta app reimbursement.  Your final price goes to $1.74, or 50% off the regular price.  *stockpile price*
• Finish Tablets 20 ct (Powerball shown) -- priced at $3.49 per box.  Use the $1.25 off coupon arriving in the 2/10 Smartsource insert.  Your new price is just $2.24 per box, or 11 cents per load.
• Nivea Essentially Enriched or Smooth Sensation Lotion -- 13.5 oz bottle priced at $4.99.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 2/10 Red Plum insert and get yours for $2.99 instead.
• Pampers Jumbo-Pack Diapers or Training Pants -- on sale for $8.99, with a free $5 Target gift card when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two and use two of this $2 off Pampers coupon (sort by Baby to find it fast.)  Your price drops to $4.49 per bag after coupons and gift card -- which is 50% off the sale price!  *stockpile price*
• Purina Tidy Cats Litter -- 35 lb pail on sale for $11.99, with a free $5 Target gift card when you buy two in the same transaction.  Buy two, and stack two of the $1 off coupon from the 1/27 Red Plum insert with this $1 off Target coupon (most stores will only accept one Target coupon per transaction.)  Your new price falls to $7.99 each after coupons and gift card, which works out to just 23 cents per pound.
• K-Y Yours+Mine Date Night 3 oz with $25 Restaurant Gift Card -- on sale for $14.99, with a free $5 Target gift card when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two and use this $5 off K-Y coupon (limit 1 per transaction) with the $4 off coupon from the 2/3 Smartsource insert (also limit 1 per transaction.)  After coupons and gift card, your price drops to $7.99 per box, plus you have $50 in Restaurant.com gift cards.
• Purina Beneful Healthy Weight Dog Food -- 15.5 lb bags on sale for $14.99, with a free $5 Target gift card when you buy two in the same transaction.  Buy two, and stack two of the $2 off coupons arriving in the 2/10 Smartsource insert with this $1 off Target coupon.  You'll pay $9.99 per bag when all is said and done, which works out to 64 cents per pound.
• Bissell SpotBot Pet Deep Cleaner -- on sale for $149.99, with a free $20 Target gift card back with purchase.  Submit for this $20 rebate and your final price drops to $109.99.
