Arlan's Market Ad 1/23: Best Deals & Sales

There is a new grocery chain in town that's sure to become a favorite with couponers.  Arlan's Market has bought nine stores around the San Antonio area -- and all nine stores will double and even triple your coupons!

Here are the best deals I see in the Arlan's Market ad for January 23 - 29, 2013.

And be sure to read all about their coupon policy before you go shopping -- especially if you haven't visited the store before (there are some quirks you need to know about.)
