Check your neighborhood Dollar Tree stores to see if they carry 20-piece tubes of Glow in the Dark Glowsticks!
I think this would make an amazing (and CHEAP) handout to kids for Memorial Day and 4th of July get-togethers!
Another option is to buy it online and choose Ship To Store to skip shipping costs.
Note that you must buy at least 4 tubes to order online. But I don't think that's a problem at a buck apiece! That basically works out to a nickel per glowstick.
