Check your neighborhood Dollar Tree stores to see if they carry 20-piece tubes of Glow in the Dark Glowsticks!
I think this would make an amazing (and CHEAP) alternative to passing out candy at Halloween!
Another option is to buy it online and choose Ship To Store to skip shipping costs.
I think this is what I'm going to do just to cut down on my Halloween shopping list!
Note that you must buy at least 4 tubes to order online. But I don't think that's a problem at a buck apiece! That basically works out to a nickel per glowstick.
