Here's your fine print on the digital coupon for you:
$10 or more (pretax) calculated after all other Dollar general discounts. Limit one per customer. We reserve the right to limit use to normal retail purchases. No cash value. Coupon excludes: gift cards, phone cards, prepaid financial cards, prepaid wireless handsets, Rug Doctor rentals, propane, e-cigarettes, tobacco and alcoholic beverages.
Now, there are obviously loads of different ways to use this coupon, but here's just one idea to get you thinking:
- Scott® Extra Soft Bath Tissue -- 12-count packs priced at $3.95 each.
- Garnier Fructis Hair Care -- on unadvertised sale for $2 per bottle.
- Buy two packs of Scott and two bottles of Garnier for a pre-coupon price of $11.90.
- Enter in your DG digital app info to take off your $2 off $10 coupon.
- That drops your price down to $9.90.
- Next, use two 75 cents off Scott coupons from the 3/12 Smartsource inserts, plus two $2 off Garnier coupons from the 3/5 Red Plum inserts.
- That takes another $5.50 off your total.
- So your final price falls to $4.40 for all four items, or just $1.10 per item!
