Wow! The San Antonio Zoo is offering FREE admission throughout May 2016 for all active-duty and retired military, along with veterans!
The program is called Zoo Salutes, and in addition to free entry for military, it's also offering half-price admission for up to four immediate family members of the servicemember.
It looks like the Zoo will be offering musical performances and flag presentations throughout the month as well!
Military member or dependant must show Military I.D. at front gate in order to receive discount. Valid only throughout month of May 2016. Not valid with any other offers, senior discounts, special events or train ride.
