Hunting some hot deals for Mother's Day 2016?
This year's Mother's Day freebies and deals are full of free food, free fun, and free activities for moms and grandmas, including free dessert, free strawberry pie, free meals, and more!
Pay close attention to the dates in the roundup list below -- even though Mother's Day is Sunday, May 8, 2016, some of these freebies may be available before or after the actual day as well.
And note that some offers do require additional purchases in order to score your freebie!

One 4X6 photo will be given free per family, and then you'll have the option to purchase an additional $10 photo pack that includes other sizes and a digital download.
- Denny's -- Snag a free dessert with coupon and purchase of two entrees May 6 - 8!
- Family Circle -- Request a free 1-year magazine subscription for Mom while supplies last (or get it for yourself, I won't tell!)
- Fogo de Chao -- Take Mom for Mother's Day, and the restaurant will give her a dining card for a free lunch or dinner on her next visit!
- Half Price Books -- Buy a $25 gift card, get an additional $5 bonus card for free!
- Hallmark -- Save $5 off $10 with this printable coupon. Don't forget Ibotta also has a $5 off $15 rebate available (and yes, you can use the two together!)
- HEB -- Print $20 worth of exclusive HEB coupons to use on last-minute Mother's Day gift ideas. You won't find these coupons in stores; they are print-only!
- HoneyBaked Hams -- Save $7 off your ham with printable coupon!
- Hooters -- Moms eat free with purchase of a beverage. Some locations may also hook up mothers with a bounceback coupon for a free appetizer on their next visit!
- JCPenney -- Visit on Saturday, May 7 to score a Liz Claiborne makeup bag for just a penny while supplies last. The bags will be stuffed with $35 worth of savings and offers!
- Mimi's Cafe -- Moms will be treated with a free French pastry, plus a free muffin to take home, and a bounceback coupon for a free entree if they return before May 29, 2016. That's a whole lotta free!
- National Public Gardens -- Check to see if any gardens near you are offering free admission. Here in San Antonio, the entire family can get in free to the San Antonio Botanical Garden from 5:30pm to 8:30pm on Friday, May 6!
- Papouli's Greek Grill -- Free Baklava for moms on Sunday, May 8!
- Parenting -- Request a free 1-year magazine subscription while supplies last!
- Payprus -- Score a free greeting card with text coupon!

- Select Zoos -- Some zoos around the country are offering free admission to moms on Mother's Day (we haven't heard yet if our local San Antonio zoo is participating.)

- Urban Bricks Pizza -- San Antonio moms eat free at either the Culebra or the Rim location on Sunday!
- Walgreens -- Free 8X10 photo enlargement through Saturday, May 7.
- Wienerschnitzel -- Moms will score a free a Chili Cheese Dog, plus a free small fries and a free small Pepsi! No purchase or coupon required, but you do need to bring proof of motherhood (i.e. either take the kids or at least a family pic with you.)
