Target Ad 1/4: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best sales and coupon deals I spotted in the Target ad for January 4 - 10, 2015.  

Before you prep your shopping list, make sure you read the changes to the Target coupon policy, so you won't have any nasty surprises at checkout.

Best deals in the 1/4 Target ad

• Save $5 Off C9 by Champion Purchase of $30 -- in-ad coupon, or text GETFIT5 to 827438 beginning Sunday, January 4.
• Save $10 Off C9 by Champion Purchase of $50 -- in-ad coupon, or text GETFIT10 to 827438 beginning Sunday, January 4.
• Save $10 Off Bedding or Bath Purchase of $50 -- in-ad coupon, or text HOME5 to 827438 beginning Sunday, January 4.
• Save $25 $25 Off Bedding or Bath Purchase of $100 -- in-ad coupon, or text HOME10 to 827439 beginning Sunday, January 4.
• Plum Organics Frozen Appetizers Pizza Minis -- on sale for $3.33 per box.  Use this $2 off coupon to pay $1.33 out of pocket, then submit for the $1 Ibotta rebate.  Your final price falls to 33 cents!
• Chobani Simply 100 Greek Yogurt -- on sale for $1 per cup, but click here to see how you can grab yours for just 38 cents apiece instead.
• Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones or Healthy Choice Frozen Entrees -- on sale for $2 each, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy 10 in the same transaction.  If you have enough freezer space, you could buy 20 Smart Ones for $40.  You'd get $10 worth of Target gift cards back, and you could also submit for the current $10 SavingStar rebate.  So your final price would be $20 for 20 entrees, or $1 each -- no coupons necessary, and a savings of 50% off sale price!
• Up & Up Shave Gel 7 oz  -- on sale for $2.14 each, and part of a Buy 3 Get 1 Free sale.  So buy four for a pre-coupon price of $6.42, and use three 75 cents off Up & Up coupons (most Target stores won't allow a coupon on a free item in a sale.)  Your final price drops to $4.17 for all four cans, or $1.05 each!
• Select Kellogg's Cereal -- on sale for $2.50 per box, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy 5 in the same transaction.  So buy five boxes for $12.50, then use two $1 off 2 coupons from the 12/7 Red Plum insert.  You'll pay $10.50 out of pocket, and still get your $5 Target gift card for next time.  So that's a final price of $5.50 for all five boxes, or $1.10 each.  That's an excellent price for name-brand cereal!
