And we have an absolute TON of great deals to look forward to, all beginning at 8am on Thanksgiving Day and running through close of business on Saturday, November 29. (While supplies last, of course!)
Two things to know if you're a new Walgreens shopper: a) you'll need a free Balance Rewards card in order to snag these deals, and b) there were so many freebies and money-makers after coupons that I had to split them up into their own post. Go here to see those!
So here are the best non-freebie deals worth snagging over Black Friday and Thanksgiving at Walgreens:

- In-ad coupon good for 25% off regularly priced items on Black Friday only in-stores, or online for Thanksgiving through Saturday. Exclusions apply, so be sure to read the fine print. Also, just because a deal has Register Rewards attached doesn't necessarily mean it's on sale -- so you may be able to use this on some of the promoted Register Reward offers!
- Colgate Total Toothpaste -- on sale for $2.49, with $1.50 back in Register Rewards. Use this 75 cents off coupon and your final price falls to just 24 cents.
- Purell Hand Sanitizer -- 8 oz bottles on sale for 99 cents each with in-ad coupon. Buy two and use this $1.50 off 2 coupon. Your price drops to 48 cents for both, or 24 cents apiece. NOTE: This deal is good on Thanksgiving only.
- Carmex Original Lip Balms -- on sale 4 for $4, with 1000 Balance Reward points back when you buy all four in the same transaction. Use two $1 off 2 coupons from the 10/19 Smartsource insert (these were from a regional insert, so not everyone will have these.) You'll pay $2 out of pocket for all four lip balms, and then you'll earn your $1 back in Balance Reward points. So your final price drops to $1 for all four, or 25 cents each!
- GUM 2-Packs of Toothbrushes -- on sale for $2.49, with $2 back in Register Rewards. So your price falls to 49 cents for two toothbrushes!
- Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa -- on sale for 99 cents per box. Buy three and use the $1 off 3 coupon from the 10/19 Smartsource insert (this was a regional insert, so not everyone will have it.) Your price drops to 66 cents per box.
- Pert Plus 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner -- on sale for $1.99 per bottle. Use the $1 off Walgreens coupon from the December 2014 coupon book (this should be available in stores by Thanksgiving) and pay 99 cents for yours.
- Listerine Pocketpaks -- on sale for $2.99, with $2 back in Register Rewards. So that's like getting yours for just 99 cents.

- Home Elements Gift Wrap -- Buy 1 roll for $2.99, get 2 more for free! So that's 3 rolls of gift wrap for $2.99, or 99 cents each!
- Mrs. Fields Cookies -- Buy 1 box for $3.49, get 2 more for free! That works out to $1.16 per box, which is an excellent price.
