Target Ad 10/5: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best sales and coupon deals I spotted in the Target ad for October 5 - 11, 2014. 

Before you prep your shopping list, make sure you read the changes to the Target coupon policy, so you won't have any nasty surprises at checkout.
Best deals in the 10/5 Target ad

• Progresso Soups -- on sale for $1.33 per can, plus a free box of Nabisco Crackers when you buy six cans.  So buy six cans and the crackers for a pre-coupon price of $8, then use four 50 cents off Progresso coupons from the 9/7 Red Plum, plus this 50 cents off 2 coupon.  You'll pay $5.50 for all 7 items out of pocket, and then you can submit for the $1 SavingStar rebate.  So your final price is $4.50 for everything, or just 79 cents each!
• Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt Cups -- on sale for $1 each.  Buy 5 for $5, then use the $1 off 5 coupon from the 9/21 Smartsource insert.  Your final price drops to $4 for 5 cups, or 80 cents each.
• Suave Professional Infusion Shampoo or Conditioner -- on sale for $2.67 each.  Buy six for a pre-coupon price of $16.02, then stack the following coupons: the $5 off $15 Target coupon from the 9/28 Red Plum insert (expires 10/5!), two $1.50 off Suave coupons from the 9/28 Red Plum insert, and two coupons for free Suave body wash when you buy two Suave Infusion products (also from the 9/28 Red Plum insert.)  You'll pay $8.02 for 6 bottles of hair care plus your two free body washes.  So that's less than $1.01 each!
• Hershey’s Kisses -- 11 oz bags on sale for $2.89 each.  Buy two and stack this $1.50 off 2 Target coupon with the $1.50 off 2 coupon from the 9/28 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to $1.39 per bag.
• Market Pantry Cheese Deli Slice -- on sale for $2.50 per pack.  Use the $1 off Target mobile coupon (text THANKS to 827438) and get yours for $1.50 instead.
• Starburst Candy Corn -- on sale for $2.50 per bag, plus on a Buy 3 Get 1 Free sale.  So grab four bags for a pre-coupon price of $7.50, then use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 9/14 Red Plum insert.  Your final price drops to $6.50 for all four bags, which works out to $1.63 each.
• Nature Made Items -- select bottles (including VitaMelts) on sale for $8.99 each, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two for a pre-coupon price of $17.98, then stack two $3 off coupons with this $1 off Target coupon.  You'll pay $10.98 out of pocket for both bottles, and then you'll have your $5 Target gift card for next time.  So that's like $5.98 for both, or $2.99 per bottle!
• Purina Friskies Dry Cat Food -- 16 lb bag priced at $10.99, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  Buy two for a pre-coupon price of $21.98, then stack the $5 off 2 Target coupon from the 9/21 Smartsource insert with two of this $1 off Friskies coupon.  You'll pay $14.98 for both bags, and still receive your $5 Target gift card for next time.  So that's like a final price of $9.98, or $4.99 per bag.  Great deal!
• All Kids Halloween Costumes & Accessories -- on BOGO sale, with select accessories starting as low as $10 each.  So that's two for $10, or $5 and up, depending on what you buy. 
• Bounce Dryer Sheets -- 240 count boxes on sale for $9, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  Buy three for a pre-coupon price of $27, then stack the $2 off 2 Target mobile coupon (text THANKS to 827438) with the $5 off 3 coupon from the 9/28 P&G insert.  You'll pay $20 out of pocket, and then you'll get your $5 Target gift card back for next time.  So that works out to a final price of $15 for all 3, or $5 each.  That works out to around two pennies per dryer sheet!
• Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal Litter -- 19 lb boxes on sale for $10.99, with a free $5 Target gift card back when you buy two in the same transaction.  Buy two for a pre-coupon price of $21.98, then use two of this $3 off coupon.  You'll pay $15.98 for both, then get your $5 Target gift card for a future transaction.  So that's like paying $10.98 for both boxes, or $5.49 each.  That's 50% off the sale price!
