CVS Ad 9/28: Best Freebies, Deals & Sales

Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for September 28 - October 4, 2014.

Best deals in the 9/28 CVS ad

• Weekly Deal -- Scan your Extra Care card at the CVS Coupon Center to score a coupon good for $5 off any cosmetics purchase of $15 or more!  This can be stacked with manufacturer coupons, as well as used on Extra Bucks deals featured in the ad.  I suspect we will see some great deals with it in store!  Limit one per Extra Care card.
• Physicians Formula & Wet N Wild Cosmetics -- click here to see how you can get PAID to buy makeup with the right mix of coupons!
• Cesar Dog Trays -- on sale for 70 cents each.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 8/24 Red Plum insert (this was regional, so not everyone will have received it.)  Your new price falls to 20 cents per tray.
• Crest Sensitive Rinse -- on sale for $4.79 per bottle, with $3 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1.50 off coupon arriving in the 9/28 P&G insert.  You'll pay $3.29 out of pocket, and then you'll receive your $3 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's like a final price of 29 cents!  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
• Clorox Bleach -- click here to see how you can stock up for just 38 cents per jug (normally $2 each!)
• Colgate 360 Toothbrush -- on sale for $3.49, with $2 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 9/28 Smartsource insert, and your final price falls to just 49 cents!  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
• Keebler Cookies -- on sale for $2 per bag.  If you have enough points in your Kellogg's Family Rewards account, you can print a $1.50 off coupon and get yours for just 50 cents.
• Campbell's Condensed Soup -- choose from Chicken Noodle or Tomato soup for 88 cents per can.  Buy five cans and use this $1 off 5 coupon.  Your new price drops to 68 cents each!
• Nature Valley Granola Bars -- on sale for $1.99 per box, plus $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $15 or more on select brands.  So buy 8 boxes for a pre-coupon price of $15.92, then use eight 50 cents off coupons from the 9/28 Smartsource insert.  You'll pay $11.92 out of pocket for all eight boxes, and then you'll receive your $5 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's like a final price of $6.92 for 8 boxes, or 87 cents each!
• Garnier Fructis Shampoo or Conditioner -- on sale for $3 per bottle.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 9/7 Red Plum insert, and grab yours for just a dollar.
• Softsoap Brand Body Wash -- on sale 3 for $9, with $3 back in Extra Bucks when you buy.  So buy three, and use three 75 cents off coupons from the 9/14 Smartsource insert.  You'll pay $6.75 out of pocket, and then you'll get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's a final price of $3.75 for all three bottles, or $1.25 each!
• Kashi Hummus Crisps -- on sale for $2 per bag.  Use the 75 cents off coupon from the 9/7 Smartsource insert (this was a regional coupon, so not everyone will have received it.)  Your new price drops to $1.25 per bag.
• Dole Fruit Cups -- 4-count packs on sale for $1.99.  Use this 50 cents off coupon and snag yours for $1.49 instead.
• Nutella Hazelnut Spread -- on sale for $2.50 per jar.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 8/17 Smartsource insert and get yours for $1.50 instead.
• Tresemme Shampoo & Conditioner -- 32 oz bottles on sale for $4 each.  Buy two for a pre-coupon price of $8, then use the $5 off 2 coupon arriving in the 9/28 Red Plum insert.  Your price drops to $3 for both, or $1.50 each.
• Assorted Hershey's Snack Size Chocolate -- on sale for $3 per bag.  Scan your Extra Care card at the CVS Coupon Center for a $3 off 3 coupon, then stack that with your $1.50 off 3 coupon from the 9/28 Smartsource insert.  That knocks your price down to $4.50 for 3 bags, or $1.50 each.
• Mars Fun-Size Bags -- on sale 3 for $8, with $2 back in Extra Bucks when you buy three.  Use the $1.50 off 3 coupon from the 9/14 Red Plum insert.  You'll pay $6.50 out of pocket, and then you'll have your $2 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's like paying $4.50 for 3 bags, or just $1.50 each.
• Herbal Essences Hair Care -- on sale 2 for $6.  Use the BOGO coupon from the 9/14 Smartsource (expires on Sunday, 9/28!) and get yours 2 for $3 instead.  That works out to $1.50 each.

• Assorted Aveeno Products -- Facial cleansers, wipes, lotion, body wash, and more priced at $5.99 each, with $10 back in Extra Bucks when you buy three or more.  So buy three for a pre-coupon price of $17.97, then use this $2 off 2 coupon and this $1 off coupon.  You'll pay $14.97 out of pocket for your three items, and then you'll receive your $10 in Extra Bucks.  So that's a final price of $4.97 for all 3, or just $1.66 each!
• All Liquid Laundry Detergent or Mighty Pacs -- on sale for $3.99 per bag or bottle, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 9/28 Red Plum insert.  Your final price drops to $1.99!
• Nonni's Biscotti -- on sale for $2.50 per box.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 8/3 Smartsource insert (expires 10/3.)  Your new price drops to two bucks per box.
• Lipton Tea -- 20-count to 100-count boxes on sale for $3 each.  Use this $1 off coupon and pay $2 for yours.
• Assorted Pampers Diapers -- on sale for $8.99 per jumbo pack, plus $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $25 or more on select P&G items.  So buy three jumbo packs for a pre-coupon price of $26.97, then use three of these $1.50 off coupons (sort by Baby & Toddler to find them fast.)  You'll pay $22.47 out of pocket, and then you'll receive your $5 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's like spending $17.47 for all three jumbo packs, or $5.82 per pack!
• Physicians Formula Cosmetics -- Spend $10 or more, get $7 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but remember you can stack your $5 off $15 CVS coupon.  So if you spend $15 in cosmetics, you'd pay $10 out of pocket, then get $7 in Extra Bucks.  So that's a final price of $3 for $15 worth of makeup!
• All Maybelline Cosmetics -- Spend $15 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but remember you can stack your $5 off $15 CVS coupon with the assorted Maybelline coupons from the 9/7 Red Plum insert for additional savings.
• Speed Stick or Lady Speed Stick Deodorant -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use two 50 cents off coupons from the 9/21 Smartsource for an even better deal.
• Summer's Eve Wipes -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use the $1.50 off 2 coupon from the 9/28 Smartsource insert to drop your price down even lower.
