JCPenney Back To School Deals: $10 Kids' Cuts August 2014

Normally, kids' haircuts at JCPenney cost $14 each, so this is a savings of nearly 30%, with no coupons or additional purchase necessary.

The $10 Kids' Cuts offer is good for children in kindergarten through 6th grade at participating locations -- so I definitely recommend calling your nearest salon to make sure they're involved before piling the kids into the car.
