CVS Ad 7/6: Best Freebies, Deals & Sales

Here are the best freebies, sales and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for July 6 - 12, 2014, including some nice last-minute buys for your 4th of July celebrations.

Best deals in the 7/6 CVS ad

• Metamucil Tablets -- 10-count packs on sale for $2.99, with $1.99 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 off coupon arriving in the 7/6 P&G insert, and get yours for free.
• Total Home Toilet Paper -- on sale for $2.50 per 4-pack, but click here to see how you can grab yours for free!
• Pantene Hair Care -- on sale 3 for $10, and also part of this week's Spend $30, Get A Free $10 Gas Card promotion.  So buy a total of 9 bottles for a pre-coupon price of $30, then use three $5 off 3 Pantene coupons from the 7/6 P&G insert.  You'll pay $15 out of pocket, and then you'll score your free $10 gas card.  So that's like paying $5 for all nine bottles, or 55 cents apiece!  These will all count towards your CVS Beauty Club totals too.
• Tampax Pearl or Radiant Tampons -- on sale for $4.49 per box, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $2 off coupon arriving in the 7/6 P&G insert, and your final price drops to $1.49.
• Belvita Breakfast Biscuits -- on sale for $3 per box, and part of this week's Spend $30, Get A Free $10 Gas Card promo.  So buy 10 boxes for a pre-coupon price of $30, and use five $1 off 2 coupons from the 6/22 Smartsource insert.  After coupons and your free $10 gas card, your final price drops to $15 for 10 boxes, or $1.50 each.
• Pop-Secret Popcorn -- 3-count boxes on sale for $2.50 each.  Use this $1 off coupon (sort by Food to find it fast) and pay $1.50 instead.
• Head & Shoulders Full Size Product -- on sale 2 for $10.  Use the $5 off 2 coupon from the 7/6 P&G insert, and get yours for $2.50 per bottle.
• Tide Liquid Laundry Detergent -- 48 to 64-load bottles on sale for $9.94 apiece, and also part of this week's Spend $30, Get A Free $10 Gas Card promotion.  AND Tide has a current $10 rebate available when you spend $30 after coupons!  So here's a deal to consider:  Buy four bottles for a pre-coupon price of $39.76, and use four $1.50 off coupons (sort by Household to find it fast; requires multiple computers.)  You'll pay $33.76 out of pocket, and you'll receive your free $10 gas card.  So after submitting your $10 rebate, your final price is $13.76 for four bottles, or $3.44 each!  If you snag the 64-load bottles, that works out to about a nickel per load, which is an AMAZING price for Tide.
• Starbucks K-Cup Packs -- 10-count boxes on sale for $6.99 each, plus on a Spend $30, Get $10 in Extra Bucks offer.  Buy five boxes for a pre-coupon price of $34.95, then use two $3 off 2 coupons (sort by Beverages to find them fast) along with a $1.50 off coupon from the 6/15 Smartsource insert.  You'll pay $27.45 out of pocket, and then receive your $10 in Extra Bucks.  So that's like spending $17.45 for all five boxes, or $3.49 apiece.  That works out to less than 35 cents per K-Cup, which is again an AMAZING price for Starbucks!
• Clairol Hair Color Boxes -- Nice N Easy, Root Touch-Up, or Natural Instincts on sale 2 for $12.  Use the $5 off 2 coupon from the 7/6 P&G insert, and pay $3.50 per box instead.
• Pampers Jumbo Packs -- on sale for $9 each, and part of this week's Spend $30, Get A Free $10 Gas Card promotion.  So buy four jumbo packs for $36, then use two $3 off 2 Pampers coupons arriving in the 7/6 P&G insert.  You'll pay $30 out of pocket for all four packs, and then you'll receive your free $10 gas card.  So that's like paying $20 for four jumbo packs, or $5 each!
• Physicians Formula Cosmetics -- Spend $15, Get $7 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
• L'Oreal Lip Or Nail Cosmetics -- Spend $12, Get $4 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
• Colgate Sensitive Toothpaste -- Spend $10 or more, Get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but you can use the $1 off coupon from the 6/29 Smartsource for an even better price.
• Sally Hansen Cosmetics -- Spend $10, Get $4 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
• Maybelline Face, Eye, or Lip Cosmetics -- Spend $10, Get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but there was a $2 off Maybelline New York Mascara coupon in the 6/1 Red Plum insert available to use.
