Home Depot Christmas Light Trade-in November 2013

The 2013 Home Depot Christmas Light Trade-In event runs from November 7 - 17 -- which means you can bring in your old, broken, or unused incandescent Christmas light strings in to any Home Depot for free recycling, plus savings on new, energy-efficient LED lights.

In fact, you can recycle up to five strands per customer, and save up to $5 each on your new replacements!

Here's the breakdown of how much you can save on new lights:

  • $3 OFF Home Accent Holiday LED Lights,
  • $4 OFF Martha Stewart Living LED and GE LED Lights,
  • or $5 OFF Eco Smart LED and Lightshow Lights.
You can trade in up to five broken light strings per person, for a savings of up to $25 depending on which lights you purchase.
