Don't forget that Wednesdays are the best days to shop, since you have access to last week's sales as well as the new deals that start that day.
Best deals in the 10/30 Sprouts ad

• Hass Avocados -- on sale for 34 cents each.
• ThinkThin Bars -- on sale for $1 each.  Use the 50 cents off coupon from the 10/6 Red Plum insert and get yours for 50 cents.
• Texas Red Grapefruit -- on sale for 50 cents each.
• Acorn, Butternut, or Spaghetti Squash -- on sale for 77 cents per pound.
• Zevia Soda -- 6-packs on sale for $3.50 each.  Use this $2 off coupon and snag a pack for $1.50 instead.
• Organic Baby Carrots -- 1 lb bags on sale for $1.50 each.
• Flip Flop Bubbly Wines -- on sale 3 for $10, or you can buy 6 bottles and pay just $3 each after bulk discount.  
• Ground Meat Super Sale -- 40% off a wide variety of ground meat, including beef, chicken, pork, and turkey.  No prices listed in ad, but the sale price will be reflected in the sticker on packages in store.
