CVS Ad 10/27: Best Deals & Sales

Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for October 27 - November 2, 2013, including the best prices on candy for all you last-minute Halloween shoppers..

Best deals in the 10/27 CVS ad

  • Bayer Contour Next EZ meter -- on sale for $9.99, with $9.99 back in Extra Bucks.  So free!
  • Colgate multipack of toothpaste -- Buy any multipack, get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  Often, stores carry a 4-pack of trial size tubes for around $2.87.  If these qualify, you can get them for free after Extra Bucks!  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
  • Sobe Lifewater -- on sale for 88 cents.  I received a coupon from the CVS magic coupon machine for $1 off any Sobe bottle.  If you get that too, your bottle is free!
  • All cosmetics -- Scan your Extra Care card at the CVS coupon machine for a $4 off $12 coupon good on any brands of cosmetics.  This should stack nicely with some of the Extra Bucks deals available this week!
  • Hershey's milk chocolate -- 6-packs on sale for 99 cents each.  Buy two and use this $1 off 2 coupon.  That knocks your price down to 49 cents per pack.
  • Campbell's chicken noodle or tomato soup -- on sale for 75 cents per can.  Buy five and use this $1 off 5 coupon.  You'll pay 55 cents per can instead.
  • Nivea lip balm -- on sale 2 for $5.  Use the $3 off 2 coupon from the 10/27 Red Plum insert and pay a buck apiece instead.
  • Hershey's, Nestle, or Mars snack size bags of candy -- on sale for $1.88 each.  Buy two of M&M's, Snickers, Twix, Milky Way or 3 Musketeers fun size bags, and use this $1 off 2 coupon (sort by Food to find it fast.)  Your price drops to $1.38 per bag.
  • Pantene -- on sale for $3.34 per bottle, with $1 back in Extra Bucks when you buy three or more.  Buy four and stack two of the BOGO coupons from the 9/15 Smartsource insert (expires 10/31.)  That knocks your price down to $5.68 for all four after coupons and Extra Bucks, or just $1.42 per bottle.  Plus, keep in mind Pantene qualifies for the current $15 off P&G rebate.
  • CoverGirl Outlast nail polish -- on sale 2 for $9, with $2 back in Extra Bucks when you buy two.  Use the $4 off 2 coupon from the 9/29 P&G insert (expires 10/31) and get your price down to $1.50 per bottle.  CoverGirl products also qualify for the current $15 off P&G rebate.
  • Hershey's Kisses or Miniatures bags of candy -- on sale 5 bags for $15, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you buy five.  Use the $1.50 off 3 coupon from the 10/20 Smartsource insert, and your final price drops to $8.50 after coupon and Extra Bucks.  That works out to $1.70 per bag.
  • Colgate powered toothbrush -- on sale for $5.99, with $2 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $2 off coupon arriving in the 10/27 Smartsource insert, and score yours for $1.99 instead.  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
  • Tide liquid laundry detergent -- 19 to 32 load bottles on sale for $5.94, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 9/29 P&G insert (expires 10/31) and your final price drops to just $2.94!  That's as low as 9 cents per load, depending on which size bottle you buy.
  • Monsters University on DVD -- on sale for $19.99, with $3 back in Extra Bucks.  I've heard some readers are receiving $5 off $15 coupons at the CVS coupon machine.  If you get one, you can pay $14.99 out of pocket, then receive your $3 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's a final price of just $11.99 -- which is a great deal for such a hot kids' movie!
  • iTunes gift cards -- Spend $30 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.
  • Febreze products -- Spend $20 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but use the various $1 off coupons in the 10/27 P&G insert to drop your price even lower.
  • Eucerin or Aquaphor lotion -- Spend $20 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but use this $2 off Eucerin coupon to get an even better bargain.
  • Excedrin -- Spend $20 or more on 24 to 100-count bottles, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1 or the $1.50 off coupons from the 10/13 Smartsource insert to drop your price even further.
  • Swiffer products -- Spend $15 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but you could use the BOGO Dust n' Shine coupons from the 9/29 P&G insert (expires 10/31) for additional savings.
  • Scope mouthwash -- Spend $10 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the $1.50 off coupon arriving in the 10/27 P&G insert to drop your price even lower.
  • Sally Hansen cosmetics -- Spend $10 or more, get $4 back in Extra Bucks.
  • L'Oreal cosmetics -- Spend $10 or more, get $3 back in Extra Bucks.
  • Kiss or Broadway Artificial Nails -- Spend $9 or more, get $4 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but you can use this $1 off Kiss coupon for additional discounts.
  • Almay cosmetics -- Buy two, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad, but there's a $1 off Almay lip coupon available to print (sort by Personal Care to find it fast.)
