CVS Ad 8/25: Best Coupon Deals & Sales

Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for August 25 - 31, 2013.

Best deals in the 8/25 CVS ad

• PayPal reloadable, pre-paid debit Mastercard -- buy a $50 one, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  These pre-paid cards come with a $4.95 activation fee -- so you're paying $54.95 out of pocket, and then are receiving $60 in buying power (the $50 card plus your Extra Bucks.)  So that's technically a $5.05 profit on the transaction!  Limit 2 per Extra Care card.
• CVS cotton balls -- 70-count to 300-count bags on sale for $1 each.  If you've received a $1 off CVS coupon from the magic coupon machine, these will be free!
• CVS training pants -- 2-count trial pack on sale for 99 cents, with 99 cents back in Extra Bucks.  So free!
• Charmin Basic single toilet paper rolls -- on sale 2 for $1.99.  If you receive a $1.49 off 2 coupon from the CVS coupon machine, you can score two for 25 cents each.
• Stayfree pads -- on sale for $2.99, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use this $1 off coupon and get yours for 99 cents instead.
• Herbal Essence hair care -- on sale 2 for $5, with $1 back in Extra Bucks when you buy two.  Use the BOGO coupon from the 7/28 P&G insert, and your new price drops to a buck per bottle.
• Chex Mix or Gardetto's -- on sale 3 bags for $6, with $2 back in Extra Bucks when you buy three bags.  Use this 60 cents off 2 coupon, and your final price drops to $1.13 per bag after coupons and Extra Bucks.
• Head & Shoulders hair care -- on sale 2 for $10, with $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $15 or more.  Buy four bottles for a pre-coupon price of $20, then use two BOGO coupons from the 8/4 Red Plum insert.  After coupons and Extra Bucks, your price drops to $1.25 per bottle.
• Kellogg's Rice Krispies treats -- on sale for $1.99 per box.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 8/4 Smartsource insert.  Your price drops to $1.49 per box.
• Skippy peanut butter -- on sale for $2.50 per jar.  Use this 55 cents off coupon and pay $1.95 for yours.
• Belvita breakfast biscuits -- on sale for $2.50 per box.  Buy two and use the $1 off 2 coupon from the 8/25 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to two bucks per box.
• All liquid laundry detergent or Mighty Pacs -- on sale for $3.99, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Use the 75 cents off coupon arriving in the 8/25 Smartsource insert.  Your new price falls to $2.24, which works out as low as 6 cents per load depending on what size you buy.
• Huggies diapers -- click here to see how you can score jumbo packs for just $3.49 per pack (60% off sale price!)
• Air Wick products -- spend $20 or more, get $10 back in Extra Bucks.  No prices listed in ad.
• Revlon cosmetics -- on BOGO 50% off sale, plus $5 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $20 or $10 back in Extra Bucks when you spend $30 or more.  No prices listed in ad, but use the $1 off coupons from the 7/28 Smartsource to drive your prices even lower.
• Physicians Formula cosmetics -- Spend $10 or more, get $6 back in Extra Bucks.
• Milani cosmetics -- Spend $10 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.
• Gevalia coffee -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use two of this $1.50 off coupon to drop your price even lower!
• GUM Eez-Thru flossers -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use two of the 55 cents off coupons from the 8/4 Smartsource insert to pay even less for yours.
