Walgreens Ad 7/7: Best Sales & Coupon Deals

Here are my picks for the best deals in the Walgreens ad for July 7 - 13, 2013.

Best deals in the Walgreens ad 7/7

• Senior Savings Day -- All AARP members save 15% off their purchases with proof of membership on Tuesday, July 9.
• Wrigley's 5 or Orbit gum -- on sale for 39 cents per pack.
• Comet cleanser -- on sale for 50 cents per can with in-ad coupon.
• Hunt's tomato sauce or Butterball chicken broth -- on sale for 50 cents per can with in-ad coupon.
• Sunkist, A&W, Canada Dry, or Hawaiian Punch 2-liters -- on sale for 88 cents per bottle.  Buy three and use the $1 off 3 coupon from the 6/9 Smartsource insert.  Your price drops to 55 cents each.
• Crest 3D White or Pro-Health toothpaste -- on sale for $2.99 per tube, with $1.25 back in Register Rewards.  Use the $1 off coupon arriving in the 7/7 P&G insert, and your final price drops to 74 cents.
• Chicken of the Sea chunk light tuna -- on sale for 79 cents per can with in-ad coupon.
• Profusion Color Me Glow eye shadow kit -- on sale for 79 cents each with in-ad coupon.  These make great stocking stuffers for anyone doing Christmas in July shopping!
• Splenda Nectresse -- 40-count box on sale for $2.99.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 5/12 Red Plum insert and pay 99 cents for yours.
• Russell Stover or Whitman's sugar-free candy -- on BOGO sale 2 for $2.19.  That's like paying $1.10 each.
• Cheerios -- on sale for $1.67 per box.  Buy two and use this $1 off 2 coupon (sort by Food to find it fast.)  That drops your price to $1.17 per box.
• EOS shave cream or lip balm -- on sale 2 for $6, with 3000 Balance Reward points back when you buy two in the same transaction.  So that's like a final price of 2 for $3, or $1.50 each.
• Planters mixed nuts or cashew halves & pieces -- on sale 2 for $6.  Stack the $1 off 2 coupon from the Walgreens coupon book with two $1 off coupons from the 5/12 Smartsource insert.  Your price drops to $3 for both, or $1.50 each.
• Sunny Smile laundry detergent -- 41 or 50-load bottles on sale for $1.99 with in-ad coupon.  So that's as low as 4 cents per load, which is a terrific price for detergent.  If anyone's tried this brand before, please share a review in the comments section!
• Jack's frozen pizza -- on BOGO sale 2 for $3.99.  So that's like paying $1.99 apiece.
• Tide detergent -- 24 to 32-load bottles on sale 2 for $12, with 5000 Balance Reward points back when you spend $20 in the same transaction.  Buy four for $24, then use two $1.50 off 2 coupons arriving in the 7/7 P&G insert.  After coupons and Balance Rewards points, that's like paying $4 per bottle of Tide, or as low as 12 cents per load depending on what size bottle you buy.
• Mead Five-Star notebooks -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use the $1 off 2 coupon arriving in the 7/7 P&G insert for a better deal.
• Simple skin care -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
• Irish Spring bar soap -- 3-count packs on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.
• Backpacks -- on BOGO sale, prices ranging from $14.99 to $19.99.
