UPDATE: I just returned from my local Old Navy, and they had no limits on flip-flops purchased per customer. Seriously, people had carts overflowing with them. So get there quick if you're really interested in stocking up!
The Old Navy One Day Wonder Flip-Flop sale is back for 2013! On Saturday, June 29, shoppers can score dollar flip-flops at all Old Navy locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Limit five pairs of flip-flops per paying customer, so if you need to outfit the entire family, you should probably bring at least one other shopper with you to the store. I also recommend getting there early, since this event is always extremely popular with customers!
My favorite thing about the Old Navy $1 Flip-Flops event is that many stores have recycling bins set up each year, so you can dispose of your old raggedy flip-flops without adding them to landfills. Instead, Old Navy recycles them into park equipment for kids!
The Let Freedom Cha-Ching sale will also be going on this weekend, so be sure to browse for other great bargains once you've snagged your flip-flops. Highlights of the sale include tank tops for between $2 and $5 each, crewneck t-shirts for $15, and select Collectabili-tees for $10.
I got a Wonder Woman 4th of July t-shirt for $10, and that actually made me happier than the $1 flip-flops!
