Here are the best deals I spotted in the Family Dollar ad for February 24 - March 2, 2013.

Best deals in the Family Dollar ad 2/24 - 3/2/13

• Friskies canned cat food --  on sale for 50 cents each.  If your store sells Friskies Plus, buy 6 cans and use the 50 cents off 6 coupon from the 2/10 Red Plum insert.  Your new price drops to 42 cents apiece.
• Wise snacks -- 4 to 6oz bags on sale for 88 cents each.  Buy three bags and use this $1 off 3 coupon.  Your new price falls to 54 cents per bag.
• Alpo Prime Cuts -- on sale for 75 cents per can.  Buy 12 and use the $1.50 off 12 coupon from the 1/27 Red Plum insert.  Your price drops to 63 cents per can.
• Colgate Extra Clean toothbrush or assorted varieties of toothpaste -- on sale for 80 cents each with in-ad coupon.  Limit 1 per person per visit.
• Pepsi 2-liter soda bottles -- on sale for 95 cents each with in-ad coupon.  Limit 6 per person.
• Hormel Compleats -- on sale for $2 each.  Use the $1 off coupon from the 2/10 Smartsource insert and get yours for a dollar.
• Chips Ahoy cookies -- on sale for $2 per bag with in-ad coupon.  Limit 2 per person per visit.
• Clorox bleach -- on sale for $2.75 per bottle with in-ad coupon.  Stack this 50 cents off coupon and get yours for $2.25 instead.
• Tombstone pizza -- on sale for $2.50 each with in-ad coupon.  Limit 2 per person per visit.
