Here are the best sales and coupon deals I spotted in theTarget ad for December 13 - 19, 2015.

Best deals in the 12/13 Target ad
  • Save $3 off any $10 purchase or more of Baking Essentials -- clip the in-ad coupon or text BAKING to 827438 for a mobile version of the coupon (good beginning December 13.)
  • Del Monte Canned Vegetables -- on sale for 69 cents per can.  Buy four and use the 40 cents off 4 coupon from the 11/8 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to 59 cents per can!
  • Betty Crocker Cookie Mix -- on sale for $1.67 each.  Use this 75 cents off coupon to pay 92 cents for yours (and of course, these qualify for the $3 off $10 Baking Essentials coupon!)
  • Betty Crocker Frosting -- on sale for $1.25 per canister.  Buy three for a pre-coupon price of $3.75, then use this 75 cents off 3 coupon.  You'll pay $3 out of pocket, and then you can submit for this 75 cents off 3 SavingStar rebate.  So your final price is $2.25 for all three, or just 75 cents each (and of course, these qualify for the $3 off $10 Baking Essentials coupon!)
