Wow! The San Antonio Zoo is offering FREE admission throughout May 2018 for all active-duty and retired military, along with veterans!
The program is called Zoo Salutes, and in addition to free entry for military, it's also offering half-price admission for up to four immediate family members of the servicemember.
Dependents can still visit even if their servicemember is deployed -- just bring your military dependent ID to show when purchasing tickets at the gate.
Military member or dependant must show Military I.D. at front gate in order to receive discount. Valid only throughout month of May 2018. Not valid with any other offers, senior discounts, special events or train ride.
