Here's how the math works out:

• Scott Paper Towels -- 6-count packs on sale 2 for $9 (normally $5 apiece) PLUS on a Spend $15, Save $3 instant discount.
• Buy four packs for a pre-coupon price of $15 after the $3 instant discount.
• If you have one, give a $3 off $15 Dollar General survey coupon to knock your price down to $12.
