Dollar General Ad 10/30: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best deals I spotted in the Dollar General ad running 10/30 - 11/5/16.

If you plan to become a regular couponer at Dollar General, I strongly recommend building a personal relationship with your store's general manager so the cashiers don't freak out at the sight of your coupon binder.  

Bringing a copy of the Dollar General coupon policy is always a smart idea too!  The policy updated back in December 2014, so you might need to print yourself a new copy.

• Clover Valley Canned Vegetables --  Kernel Corn, Green Beans or Cream Style Corn, Sweet Peas, French Green Beans, Carrots or Mixed Vegetables all on sale 2 cans for $1, must buy in quantities of two to receive discount.  So that's only 50 cents per can!
• Cheez-It® Crackers -- on sale for $2 per box.  Buy two boxes for a pre-coupon price of $4.  Use two of this $1 off coupon to pay $2 out of pocket for both, then submit for this 75 cents off 2 Checkout 51 rebate.  Your new price drops to $1.25 for both boxes, or 63 cents apiece!
• Imperial® Margarine -- on sale 3 boxes for $2, which works out to 67 cents per box.
• Febreze Products -- assorted varieties on sale for $3 each, with a $3 off coupon printing on your receipt good on your next purchase when you buy $10 or more.  So buy four Febreze products for a pre-coupon price of $12, and use two BOGO coupons from the 10/30 P&G inserts.  Pay $6 out of pocket, then get your $3 coupon to use next time.  That's like a final price of $3 for all four items, or 75 cents apiece!

• Kellogg's® Cereal -- Frosted Flakes®, Froot Loops®, Apple Jacks®, Frosted Mini Wheats® or Corn Pops® on sale 3 boxes for $6, must buy in quantities of three to receive discount.  So buy three for $6, then use three of this $1 off coupon (multiple devices required).  Pay $3 out of pocket for all three boxes.  Next, submit for this 50 cents off 2 Mobisave rebate, along with this 25 cents Ibotta rebate good on ANY box of cereal.  Your final price drops to $2.25 for all three boxes, or just 75 cents per box!
• Assorted Holiday Ornaments -- on sale for $1 each.
• Betty Crocker® Cake Mix or Brownie Mix -- on sale for $1 per box.
• Coca-Cola®, Diet Coke® or Sprite® -- 2-liter bottles on sale 3 for $3, must buy in quantities of three to receive discount.  So that's just a buck per bottle!
• Jell-O® No Bake Oreo® Dessert or Cheesecake -- on sale for as low as $2 per box, plus on a BOGO sale.  So that's two boxes for as little as $2, or a dollar apiece!
• Progresso® Soup -- priced at $1.50 per can.  Buy three for a pre-coupon price of $4.50, then use this $1 off 3 coupon.  Your new price drops to $3.50 for all three cans, or just $1.17 each.
• Campbell's® Chunky Soup -- on sale for $1.50 per can.  Buy three for a pre-coupon price of $4.50, then use this 75 cents off 3 coupon.  Your new price falls to $1.25 per can.
• Clover Valley® Granulated Sugar -- 4 lb bags on sale for $1.75 each.
• Gold Medal® All-Purpose Flour -- 5 lb bags on sale for $2 each.
• Clover Valley® Bottled Water -- 24-count packs on sale for $2.50 each.
• Toastmaster® Appliances -- Mini Chopper, Hand Mixer, 12 Cup Coffeemaker, Toaster or Can Opener all on sale for $5 apiece, down from $10 to $12.50 originally.
• 50% off select Holiday Toys -- assorted varieties, no prices listed in ad.
