Here are the best deals I spotted in the special three-day Dollar General ad running 7/28 - 7/30/16.
If you plan to become a regular couponer at Dollar General, I strongly recommend building a personal relationship with your store's general manager so the cashiers don't freak out at the sight of your coupon binder.
Bringing a copy of the Dollar General coupon policy is always a smart idea too! The policy updated back in December 2014, so you might need to print yourself a new copy.

- Arm & Hammer® Liquid Laundry Detergent -- 50-load bottles on sale for $3.50 each (down from $5!)
- Quilted Northern® Bath Tissue -- 12-count packs of double rolls (like 24 regular size rolls) on sale for $5.75 (down from $7.) Use the 55 cents off coupons from the 7/24 Red Plum insert and get yours for $5.20.
- Green Mountain®, Donut Shop® or Donut House® Coffee K-Cups® -- 12-count boxes on sale for $5.50 apiece.
