CVS does their holiday promotions a little differently than other stores. The vast majority of their freebies are actually available from Sunday, November November 23 through Wednesday, November 26 -- so you can snag all your goodies without having to stand in line or sacrifice holiday time with your family. But there are some really good deals I see in this Black Friday ad, which actually kicks off on Thanksgiving Day and runs through Saturday, November 29.

- Progresso Soup -- on sale 4 for $5, with $1 back in Extra Bucks when you buy four. Use four 50 cents off coupons from the 11/2 Smartsource insert. You'll pay $3 out of pocket for all four cans, then receive your $1 back in Extra Bucks. So your final price is $2 for everything, which works out to 50 cents per can!
