Target Ad 2/9: Best Valentine's Day Sales & Deals

Here are the best sales and coupon deals I spotted in the Target ad for February 9 - 15, 2014, including items you'll need for your Valentine's Day celebrations next week.

Before you prep your shopping list, make sure you read the changes to the Target coupon policy, so you won't have any nasty surprises at checkout.


Best deals in the 2/9 Target ad
  • Market Pantry Pasta -- priced at $1.42 per box, plus on a Buy 3 Get 1 Free sale.  So buy four boxes, and use this $1 off 3 Market Pantry Target coupon.  That knocks your price down to 81 cents per box.
