Dollar General Ad 10/13: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best deals I spotted in the Dollar General ad for October 13 - 20, 2013.  

If you plan to become a regular couponer here, I strongly recommend building a personal relationship with your store's general manager so the cashiers don't freak out at the sight of your coupon binder.

• Hot Pockets -- on sale for $2 per box.  Buy three and use this Buy 2 Get 1 Free coupon.  Your price falls to $1.34 per box!
• Chunky soup -- priced at $1.67 per can.  Buy two and use this 50 cents off 2 coupon.  That knocks your price drop to $1.42 per can.
• Glade Premium Spray -- priced at $3 each, plus on a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale.  Use three of this 55 cents off coupon (multiple computers required) and your final price drops to $1.45 apiece.
