A Dunkin Donuts customer has captured herself on camera handling a service issue in just about the worst way possible, short of stabbing or shooting the cashier.
The YouTube channel NewsMaster 11 posted a video on June 9 featuring a highly disgruntled customer peeved over not receiving a receipt with her order.
This extremely not safe for work clip contains multiple obscenities and threats, as the customer rants and rages at the cashier unlucky enough to be working the counter.
While I am a firm advocate of customer rights, and ensuring that you receive everything you should as outlined in store policies, as a former manager, I would have asked her to leave the store as soon as she started dropping the f bomb left and right.

This girl has no clue on how to conduct herself in positive manner. I don't have a problem with her correcting the situation; however her language is UNACCEPTABLE!!! The cashier is going above and beyond to be nice. I would have thrown her out of the store because of how she handled the situation.
ReplyDeleteI just saw the rest of the video and heard how she spoke to and about the clerk from last night.....I would have thrown her out of the store. No one deserves to be treated like that over "not getting your receipt"!! This girl is completely off her rocker, needs to get educated on how to treat people and how to properly file a complaint with the store manager to avoid looking like a complete IDIOT!! Just plain trash.
DeleteI agree with the above comment. She's right to want the service guarantee but I would have never let her film the staff or bother other customers. And as soon as she started using swear words and harrasing that one worker she would have to go. Kudos for the kid who dealt with her at the register.
