Here's a way to sweeten your Valentine's Day without spending any extra cash -- you can give your loved one a free cookie, courtesy of Panera Bread and Treater.com!
Here's how the offer works: Go over to the Treater.com page and hit the big blue 'Pick A Friend' button in the middle of the page.
You'll need to authorize a Facebook app, then pick the name of the Facebook friend you want to receive the free cookie.
The treat will appear on their Facebook wall in a couple of hours, or you can send them a link directly to their smartphone that they will receive even faster.
They will need to show the Treater.com link on their smartphone to the Panera cashier when they go to collect their cookie.
The treat offer is good for 90 days once it's been received, but we can send them only on Valentine's Day itself.
I sent my free treat just now and the process only took around two minutes!
