Thanksgiving 2014 Store Opening Times

Open All Day On Thanksgiving
  • CVS -- open more or less standard hours (although pharmacies may be closed or open limited hours.)  Swing in for five freebies after Extra Bucks, plus nice stocking stuffers for as low as 88 cents each!
  • Bass Pro Shops -- Open at 8AM.
  • Big Lots -- Open until midnight, with a HOT $10 off coupon being handed out to shoppers who spend $50 or more.
  • Dollar General -- Open 7AM to 7PM, with 50% off all Christmas trees and ornaments!
  • HEB stores are open until 2PM only. *Printable Coupons*
  • Kmart -- Open 6AM to 5PM.  Shop Your Way members can score a free Power Bank after points, plus there are some crazy good deals on Disney movies to snag.  I am kind of bummed I don't have a store near me after seeing this ad.
  • Sprouts Farmers Market -- local stores are open from 7AM to 2PM.
  • Walgreens -- also open more or less regular hours.  And we have a whopping 19 (NINETEEN!) freebies to snag after Register Rewards!
4PM Thursday Night
5PM Thursday Night
  • Best Buy -- Doors open at 5PM, but wristbands will be given out to shoppers in line starting at 3PM.  I am most excited about the Spend $100, Get $15 offer through Ibotta, as well as the Insignia tablet on sale for $1 (with a $25 Best Buy gift card back) with a new 2-year agreement or upgrade.  *Printable Coupons*
  • JCPenney -- I was most impressed with this ad over all others, if you're shopping for things other than toys and electronics (so think clothes and home goods!)  Stores will be giving out $10 off $10 coupons to the first shoppers in Thanksgiving night, which means lots of items will be free or close to free after coupon.  Plus 1% of those coupons distributed at each store will randomly be $100 off $100 or more!  *Printable Coupons*
  • SteinMart -- Take 50% off red-dot clearance with in-ad coupon!
  • Toys R Us -- there will be two waves of doorbusters at this chain.  The first runs from 5PM to 9PM on Thanksgiving; the second kicks off at 7AM Black Friday morning.  Top deals Thursday night include a FREE Scrabble Flash game (after coupons), $10 boxes of diapers, and more.  *Store Maps Available*
6PM Thursday Night
  • Belk -- The first 250 people through the door will score free gift cards -- and one person at every store will open their gift card and see a $1000 prize!
  • Macy's -- Bring in your newspaper ad with the $10 off $25 coupon available to use from store opening until 1PM Black Friday morning!  Top doorbusters include 75% off on select luggage sets, BOGO kids' gifts, and Buy 1, Get 2 Free on graphic t-shirts for guys.  Also, go here to learn how to score an additional $10 back on your purchase.  *Printable Coupons*
  • Kohl's -- Shoppers can earn both Kohl's Cash AND Yes2You rewards, which means for every $100 spent, you can get up to $35 back in bounce-back coupons.  That's on top of 50% off all toys, and the lowest price on a KitchenAid Mixer anywhere for the shopping weekend.  NOTE: Kohl's also has 500 Early Bird Black Friday deals available on their website right now!  *Printable Coupons*
  • Office Depot & Office Max -- open from 6PM to 9PM only, then reopening at 8AM on Black Friday morning.  Best doorbusters include 15% off restaurant gift cards (!!), the lowest price on a printer anywhere for the shopping weekend, and free batteries after Rewards.
  • Sears -- Shop Your Way members score a free Power Bank after points, plus Sears has the lowest price on a DVD player anywhere for the shopping weekend.  Keurig K-Cup Coffee Makers are also better than 50% off for Shop Your Way members!
  • Sports Authority -- open until 6PM through midnight, then reopens at 6AM Black Friday morning.  The first 50 people through the door will score free chairs!  Also, go here to learn how to score an additional $10 back on your purchase.
  • Staples opens.  The chain is featuring a $99 laptop, which I think is the cheapest I've seen throughout the Black Friday ads.
  • Target -- opens at 6PM, although one of its biggest deals (10% off ALL Target gift cards) doesn't start until 6AM Black Friday morning.  Top deals include 40% off all apparel, a great price on the iPad Mini, and the Beats by Dre headphones priced at under $100. *Store Maps Available*  *Printable Coupons*
  • Walmart -- Like last year, there will be three waves of doorbusters at the Mart.  Event 1 kicks off at 6PM, Event 2 at 8PM, and Event 3 goes live at 6AM on Black Friday itself.  You'll want to get wristbands for the various doorbusters so you can shop the rest of the store while you wait for the next event to launch.  Top deals include bikes for under $20, a Dyson vacuum for under $200, and the lowest price on a Blu-Ray player anywhere for the shopping weekend.  *Store Maps Available*
7PM Thursday Night
  • Kmart -- We'll see two waves of doorbuster deals, with the first starting tonight, then the second kicking off at 6AM.  Shop Your Way members should definitely hit the morning sale, since they can get a free pair of headphones after points!
8PM Thursday Night
  • Anna's Linens -- opening 8PM to 1AM Thanksgiving night.  Bring your newspaper ad with you into the store, because there's a 50% off coupon inside good for any regularly priced item during that time period!
