Walgreens Ad 4/20: Best Sales & Deals

Here are my picks for the best deals in the Walgreens ad for April 20 - 26, 2014.

And yes, in case you're wondering, Walgreens will be open on Easter.

Best deals in the 4/20 Walgreens ad

• Lindsay Olives -- on sale for 99 cents per can with in-ad coupon.  Buy two and stack this $1 off 2 coupon.  Your new price drops to 49 cents each.
• Scope DualBlast Mouthwash -- click here to see how you can grab two bottles for 50 cents each!
• Mars Candy Bars -- on sale for 59 cents each.
• Ajax Dishwashing Liquid -- on sale for 89 cents per bottle with in-ad coupon.  Stack the 25 cents off coupon from the 4/13 Smartsource insert, and pay 64 cents for yours.
• Colgate Sensitive Toothpaste -- priced at $3.49, with $2 back in Register Rewards.  Use the 50 cents off coupon from the 4/13 Smartsource insert, and your final price drops to 99 cents.  That's actually a really good price for sensitive-teeth toothpaste!
• Barbasol or Pure Silk Shaving Cream -- on sale for 99 cents each with in-ad coupon.  Limit 3 per transaction.
• Jif Peanut Butter and Smucker's Fruit Spread -- on sale 2 for $4, with a free loaf of Nice! bread when you buy one of each in the same transaction.  So that's like getting all three items for $4, or just $1.34 each.  Good deal!
• Irish Spring Body Wash -- on sale 2 bottles for $7, with $4 back in Register Rewards.  So that's like getting both for $3, or $1.50 apiece.
• Vidal Sassoon Shampoo or Conditioner -- on sale 2 bottles for $8, with 1000 Balance Rewards back when you buy two in the same transaction.  So buy two and use two $2 off coupons from the 4/13 Smartsource insert.  Your final price after coupons and Balance Rewards drops to $1.50 per bottle.
• Scott Naturals Paper Towels -- 6-count packs priced at $4.99 each.  Stack the $1 off Walgreens coupon in the monthly coupon book with the 75 cents off coupon from the 4/13 Smartsource insert.  Your new price drops to $3.24, or about 54 cents per roll.  (FYI CVS will have a much better deal on Sparkle paper towels this same week, if you aren't brand loyal.)
• Purex -- 24 to 33-load bottles on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  The 33-load bottles qualify for the 50 cents off coupon from the 4/13 Smartsource insert, so you can use two of those coupons to drop your price even further.
• Soft Scrub -- on BOGO sale, no prices listed in ad.  Use two of this $1 off coupon to drop your price even further.
