Arlan's Market Ad 1/9: Best Deals & Sales

There is a new grocery chain in town that's sure to become a favorite with couponers.  Arlan's Market has bought nine stores around the San Antonio area -- and all nine stores will double and even triple your coupons!

Here are the best deals I see in the Arlan's Market ad for January 9 - 15, 2013.

And be sure to read all about their coupon policy before you go shopping -- especially if you haven't visited the store before (there are some quirks you need to know about.)



Best deals in the January 9 Arlan's Market ad

• Tangerines -- on sale for 25 cents each.
• Parade canned biscuits -- on sale for 25 cents each.
• Avocados -- on sale for 34 cents each.
• Green bell peppers -- on sale for 34 cents each.
• Green cabbage -- on sale for 39 cents per pound.
• Russet potatoes -- on sale for 50 cents per pound.
• Chicken fryer drumsticks -- on sale for 87 cents per pound in value pack sizing.
• Suave Professionals shampoo or conditioner, or Suave lotion -- on sale for $1.49 each.  Buy two and use the 50 cents off 2 coupon from the January 2013 issue of All You.  That will double to $1, which means your final price is 99 cents per item.
• Gain fabric softener -- 64oz bottle on sale for $2.69.  There's a coupon in the ad mailed to houses nearby for a free 9oz bottle of Gain dishwashing liquid with purchase -- so you can use that and pay $1.35 per item!
• Market made fresh pork sausage -- on sale for $1.79 per pound.
