The lawsuit alleges that these products were mislabeled as being free of sodium lauryl sulfate. Hain Celestial and Jason Natural Products stand by their products and deny the claims in the lawsuit.
You are a Class Member if you purchased, not for resale purposes, JASON Natural Product Long & Strong Jojoba Pure Natural Shampoo, JASON Volumizing Lavender Shampoo, JASON Normalizing Tea Tree Treatment Shampoo, JASON Dandruff Relief 2 in 1 Treatment Shampoo, JASON Dandruff Relief 2 in 1 Treatment Shampoo & Conditioner, and JASON Smoothing Coconut Body Wash in the United States between August 17, 2011 and June 2, 2017.
A settlement fund of $1.1 million will be created to pay notice and administrative costs, attorneys’ fees and expenses, plaintiff incentive awards, and to reimburse Class Members for the Jason Natural products listed above.

The amount of any individual settlement payment will be based on the number of valid claims received, along with whether you were able to provide proof of purchase.
You can receive a refund of up to $2 per product for up to five bottles with no proof of purchase (so 5 bottles for a total of $10.)
If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, you will be entitled to a refund of up to $40.
You must complete and submit your claim form online by September 18, 2017 in order to receive your cash back.
