Dollar General Ad 4/27: Best Sales & Deals

Here are the best deals I spotted in the special three-day Dollar General ad running 4/27 - 4/29/17.

If you plan to become a regular couponer at Dollar General, I strongly recommend building a personal relationship with your store's general manager so the cashiers don't freak out at the sight of your coupon binder.  

Bringing a copy of the Dollar General coupon policy is always a smart idea too!  The policy updated back in December 2014, so you might need to print yourself a new copy.

• Powerade® -- 32 oz bottles on sale for 65 cents each.
• Clover Valley® Cookies -- assorted varieties priced at $1 per bag, plus on a BOGO 50% off sale.  So you can grab two bags for $1.50, which works out to just 75 cents each bag!
• Dr Pepper®, Canada Dry®, 7 Up®, A&W® Or Sunkist® 2-Liters -- on sale for 95 cents each, must buy in quantities of three to receive discount.
• Pepsi® or Mtn Dew® 6-packs -- on sale 5 for $10, must buy in quantities of five to receive discount.  So that works out to just $2 per 6-pack!
• Sparkle® Paper Towels -- 6-count packs on sale for $4 each (normally $5.)  Use this $1 off coupon and pay $3 for yours instead!
• Xtra Liquid Laundry Detergent -- 80-load bottles on sale for $3.50 (normally $5.)  That works out to less than a nickel per load!
• 30 Gallon Totes -- on sale for $10 each, plus on a BOGO 50% off sale.  So you can pick up two for $15, which works out to $7.50 apiece.
