Here are the best sales and deals I spotted in the CVS ad for April 26 - May 2, 2015.

Best deals in the 4/26 CVS ad

  • CVS.com Account Completion -- go here to see how you could earn up to $5 in Extra Bucks for free!
  • CVS App -- go here to download your free app + get $3 in Extra Bucks for it!
  • Tena Pads or Liners -- assorted varieties on sale 2 bags for $10, with $2 back in Extra Bucks when you buy two.  So buy two and stack the $5 off 2 coupon from the 4/26 Smartsource insert with two of these $2 off CVS coupons.  You'll pay $1 out of pocket for both bags, and then you'll receive $2 back in Extra Bucks.  So that's a $1 in profit on your transaction!
  • Crest Baking Soda & Peroxide Toothpaste -- 4.6 oz tubes on sale for 99 cents each.  Buy three for $2.97, then use the $3 off 3 coupon from the 3/29 P&G insert (expires 4/30.)  All three will be free!
  • CVS Reusable Tote Bag -- scan your Extra Care card at the CVS Coupon Center and score a coupon for a free bag, plus 30% off most CVS store brands!
  • Meta Health Bar -- priced at $1.49 each.  Scan your Extra Care card at the CVS Coupon Center and print a $1.49 off CVS coupon.  So your bar will be free!
  • PayAnywhere Credit Card Reader -- on sale for $9.99, with $9.99 back in Extra Bucks.  So free!
  • Arizona Tea -- on sale for 50 cents per can.
  • Riesen Candy -- on sale for $1.50 per bag.  Use this $1 off coupon and grab yours for just 50 cents.
  • Bumble Bee Canned Tuna -- on sale for 88 cents apiece.
  • Garnier Fructis Shampoo or Conditioner -- on sale for $2.99 per bottle.  Use the $2 off coupon from the 4/26 Red Plum insert, and score yours for just 99 cents!
  • Hallmark or American Greeting Cards -- Buy three cards priced at $1.99 or more, get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  So you could buy three cards for a pre-coupon price of $5.97, then get $3 back in Extra Bucks.  That's a final price of $2.97, or 99 cents per card!
  • Milk -- one gallon on sale for $3.29, with $1 back in Extra Bucks.  Submit for this 30 cents Ibotta rebate.  Your final price falls to $1.99 for a gallon!
  • Bear Naked Granola -- on sale for $3.50 per bag.  Use this $1.25 off coupon (sort by Food to find it fast) and pay $2.25 for yours.
  • Filippo Berio Olive Oil -- priced at $3.99 per bottle.  Use this $1 off coupon and pay $2.99 for yours.

  • Coca-Cola Products -- Spend $15 or more, get $5 back in Extra Bucks.  Prices vary depending on your region, so be sure to check your newspaper ad or online before you shop!

  • Any Conair or Scunci Products -- Spend $8 or more, get $4 back in Extra Bucks.
