I found these locally at the Target at the Forum yesterday. If you find them too, you can snag them for as low as $11.99 per pack after all discounts, including coupons, Target gift card, and Ibotta rebate.
Given that each pack has the equivalent of 82 regular size rolls inside, that works out to less than 15 cents per regular roll!
That's a terrific price for name-brand toilet paper.
Here's how the math works out:

- You'll pay $29.98 out of pocket, and then you'll receive your $5 Target gift card for next time.
- So that's like spending $24.98 for both.
- Next, submit for the new $1 Ibotta rebate.
- Your final price is $23.98 for both, or $11.99 apiece!
